for a party, meeting, sailin or any other event.
If you are a new HMBYC member with email access
(or a veteran member with a new or changed email address)

Help is always needed with ongoing maintenance tasks
around the property such as whacking weeds, clearing debris, painting
touchups, etc. If you would like to volunteer with the grounds
and upkeep, please contact Leon Smith.
If you see an activity that interests you please
contact the appropriate person above. One of the Club's mottos
is, "the more the merrier!" Volunteering is an ideal
way to become acquainted with other members by participating in
various events. For some activities there will be a signup sheet
posted inside the Clubhouse. Please refer to this page for event
updates.
TGIF DINNERS!
TGIF dinners are provided for members and their guests on a first come, first
come basis. Meals are prepared by Patti Schwartz of Special Events Catering &
are $15 or less. Guest Chefs are also welcome to volunteer to prepare a Dinner
for their club members to enjoy.

Please note that the 7:00PM serving time is approximate due to
how well the oven or grill cooperates and other unforeseen factors.
MOVIE NITE DINNERS!
Every Saturday night there is a meal prepared by the Movie Nite Coordinators
or a Special Guest Chef. Dinner is served at 6:00pm, price is $10. The Meal
is followed by a Free Movie projected onto the BIG SCREEN. Come on
down and enjoy the movie and all you can eat Popcorn!

Scrapbook Parties at HMBYC
These are usually held on the second or third Saturday each
month, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
These will be scheduled on the calendar.
Bring your lunch, shoebox of photos, scrapbook materials
and tools.
Participants can tell stories, laugh and get their albums done!
Everyone is welcome, can learn from each other and no special
skills are needed.

For special events scheduled differently than normal hours,
these hours will be announced on the Calendar pages.
As usual, members may use their key cards
for access to the Clubhouse at any time.

HMBYC is
a comfortable, quiet, convenient site for festive lunches, casual
dinners, parties and special events during the week and on weekends
when no other events have been previously scheduled. Bartending
services are required for events with more than 30 adults and
must be hired through the Bar Manager with advance payment. Table
seating for 35-40 is available inside the Clubhouse and the covered
lanai deck can seat another 35-40 guests. In good weather, additional
outdoor picnic tables and deck seating is available.
Club members pay only a $100.00 use fee per event with
more than 10 guests; members' events with less than 10 guests
are not assessed a fee. BARTENDER &
DISHWASHER MAY BE REQUIRED.
A Club Use Form must be completed to accompany all fees which
are payable in advance to secure the reservation. The Clubhouse
is available for rental on a first come, first reserved basis.
